Mint33 Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

1 Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and mint33 ("Platform", "we", "us"). This Agreement governs all aspects of your use of the mint33 platform, including the website, mobile application, and all services provided.

By completing the registration process, making your first deposit, or using any feature of the mint33 platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all of these terms and conditions in full.
• You are at least 18 years of age, or the minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction — whichever is higher.
• The use of online betting services is lawful under the applicable laws of your region of residence.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of any third party.

If you are creating an account on behalf of a business entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to this agreement.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the mint33 platform, you must meet the following requirements without exception:

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years and above. mint33 takes child protection seriously and will terminate any account found to belong to an individual under the minimum age.
• One account only: Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at any given time. Owning multiple accounts may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any winnings or balances.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for keeping your information up to date should any changes occur.
• Identity verification (KYC): mint33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as an identity card, passport, or other supporting documents at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in restricted account access.

Mint33 reserves the right to decline registration applications or close existing accounts without providing a reason, particularly if there is suspicion that the information provided is false or misleading.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal

All financial transactions on the mint33 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include DuitNow, FPX, bank transfers to major Malaysian banks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay.

Deposit policy:

• The minimum deposit is MYR 10 for FPX and digital wallet methods. The maximum deposit amount varies depending on the payment method selected.
• All deposits must be made from a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned after deducting any applicable processing fees.
• Mint33 does not charge any deposit processing fees; however, your financial institution may apply its own charges.

Withdrawal policy:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50. Withdrawal requests submitted on business days before 6:00 PM are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals will be credited to the same bank account or digital wallet used for the deposit, in compliance with KYC and fraud prevention requirements.
• Mint33 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving withdrawal requests that exceed a certain amount.
• Bonus balances that have not met the rollover requirement cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is fully satisfied.

4 Bonus & Promotions

Mint33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, rebates, and other periodic promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Rollover requirement: Every bonus granted carries a rollover requirement that must be met before winnings can be withdrawn. The rollover rate will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Validity period: Bonuses have a set validity period. Unused bonuses or unfulfilled rollover requirements within that period will be automatically forfeited.
• One bonus at a time: By default, only one active bonus is permitted at any given time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonus abuse: Any attempt to exploit or abuse the mint33 bonus system — including the use of multiple accounts or coordination with other players — will result in the forfeiture of all related bonuses and winnings, as well as account closure.
• Final result: mint33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with appropriate notice.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the mint33 platform are subject to the relevant game rules as well as the following general terms:

• Accepted bets: A bet is only considered valid once confirmed by the mint33 system and a confirmation number has been issued. Bets rejected due to technical errors or market limits will not be processed.
• Odds and markets: All displayed odds are in a set format and may change before a bet is accepted. Confirmed bets will not be affected by any odds changes after confirmation.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits: Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type and market. These limits are clearly displayed within the betting interface.
• Bet cancellation: mint33 reserves the right to void bets under certain circumstances, such as technical errors, incorrect market information, or any exceptional situation that affects the integrity of a bet.

6 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mint33 account login credentials, including your username and password. It is your responsibility to:

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA), available in your account settings.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a shared device.
• Notify mint33 immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization.

Mint33 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. All activity occurring in your account prior to a reported breach is your sole responsibility.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Mint33 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons, without limitation:

• Breach of any terms and conditions in this document.
• Suspicion or evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Coordinated abuse of the bonus or promotion system with other parties.
• Failure to submit the requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
• Your own request to close your account for personal reasons, including self-imposed betting controls.

In cases of account closure due to fraud or a breach of terms, mint33 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, bonuses, and wins in that account. For closures requested by the player, eligible balances will be returned once all conditions are met and the KYC process is complete.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the mint33 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software compilations — is the property of mint33 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the mint33 platform without explicit written permission from management.
• The mint33 logo, trademarks, and name may not be used in any context without prior written permission.
• Using the mint33 platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access and use the services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

9 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, mint33 and its affiliated parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from:

• Use of or inability to use the mint33 platform.
• Any service disruption, delay, or technical error beyond the reasonable control of mint33.
• Data loss or system damage caused by use of the platform.
• Acts or omissions by third parties, including payment service providers or game providers.

Mint33's total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited in the 30 days prior to the relevant claim. This limit applies even if mint33 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Players are solely responsible for their own betting decisions. Betting carries a real risk of financial loss — mint33 provides no guarantee of game outcomes or financial returns.

10 Terms Amendment

Mint33 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the official mint33 website.

You will be notified of material amendments via a notice displayed on the platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of the mint33 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
